What are the different types of tickets available?
We have different zones and seats depending on the desired visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you've purchased your ticket (it's essential to have a valid ticket before requesting this), contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years or older to attend. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, contact us with your ticket number. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our terms and conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Gothic Chapel of the Instituto Cultural Helénico, located at Av. Revolución 1500, Guadalupe Inn, Álvaro Obregón, 01020 Mexico City, CDMX.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is 5 minutes from Plaza Inn; there are several options for public and private transportation. Please take precautions due to the traffic congestion in the area.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Does this venue have access for people with disabilities?
The entire building is designed to be accessible for people in wheelchairs or on crutches.
Is parking available?
The venue has its own parking lot (limited spots) at an additional cost.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert begins. The concert will start at the scheduled time and the audience should already be seated beforehand. No entry will be allowed once the concert has started, so we suggest taking precautions to arrive with time to spare.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Seats are not numbered: they're assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone. You'll be able to sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving with time to spare, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as clicking on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Are there any prohibited items?
Authorized staff may search attendees to prevent prohibited or dangerous items from being brought in (food and drinks from outside the venue, narcotics, firearms, sharp objects, or any other item that poses a danger to oneself or to other attendees). We reserve the right to deny admission and/or remove anyone who appears to be in an irregular state, such as intoxication, drug use, or any other behavior that is uncomfortable or risky for themselves and/or others.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
