What are the different ticket types?
Premium – the best seats, with excellent visibility; Zone A – good visibility; Zone B – partially reduced visibility; Zone C – reduced visibility; Balcony – good visibility.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased on-site. All tickets must be bought through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my companion/carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request a free pass for their personal assistant. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; after your purchase, email us proof of disability (for example: mid- or higher-rate DLA, PIP, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card).
Is there an age requirement for this event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play); log in with the same method you used to purchase. The QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the experience starts (contact us with your ticket ID). Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; see our T&Cs for details.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For events offering this option, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the event (no documentation required). Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
About 60 minutes. Entry is allowed 45 minutes before the scheduled start, and latecomers will not be admitted.
