Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Loc la masă standard, Loc la canapea Lounge and Masă înaltă și scaun (Vizibilitate redusă). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 8 and over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.

How do I get to the venue?
PUB Trocadero is located at Bulevardul Regina Elisabeta 9, right in the heart of Bucharest (Piața Universității). By metro: take M2 (the blue line) to Universitate station; it is only a 2-minute walk from there. By bus/trolleybus: any line that stops at Piața Universității or Piața 21 Decembrie 1989 will drop you nearby. By car: we recommend the Universitate underground car park or using a ride-sharing app (Uber/Bolt) to avoid the city-centre traffic.
Will food and drinks be available to buy at the venue?
Yes, the venue offers a wide variety of dishes, snacks and drinks. You can see the full selection in advance at the-pub.ro/meniu.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed, except service animals.

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Will there be toilets at the venue?
Yes, toilets are available; please ask the staff on site for directions. Accessible/disabled toilets are available.
Is there parking at the venue?
The venue does not have its own private car park, but there are several private car parks nearby. There is also on-street parking in the surrounding area.
Is there a cloakroom service?
Unfortunately, there is no cloakroom service available at this venue.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as directed by the musicians.

Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show starts for both sessions, and please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so that the staff can take you to your seat in the area where you bought your tickets. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated before it begins. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late entry will not be permitted.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If the weather affects the event in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account, free of charge. It's easy: click “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, please contact us and give us your ticket ID.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, there is no need to print your ticket. Your ticket will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
