Tour Manhattan's only indoor hydroponic farm and enjoy complimentary prosecco as you taste NYC's rarest flavors! Inside this farm, LED lighting, hydroponics, and technology are used to grow a huge variety of rare herbs, microgreens, and edible flowers. In addition to using 95% less water than traditional agriculture, no pesticides or chemicals are used. The farm's clients include Michelin-starred restaurants such as Atera, Marea, Gotham Bar & Grill, Jeju Noodle Bar, & L'atelier de Joel Robuchon! On this tour, you will taste dozens of rare plant varieties, most of which are never available fresh in NYC. With expert guidance, you will uncover the science of how plants thrive in completely-controlled conditions and experience new flavors and ways of thinking about culinary plants.
