Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play); log in with the same account you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the concert start time shown on your ticket. Contact us with your ticket ID. No refund will be given in this case.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available if you purchased a flexible, cancellable ticket; in that case you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the concert starts by contacting us directly.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start and latecomers won't be admitted.
Is the concert indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating, at Hôtel Carlton Lille.
Are food and drinks available?
The Carlton The View bar stays open throughout the event, but drinks aren't allowed inside the concert hall itself.
How do I get there, and is there parking?
By metro: lines 1 and 2 (Lille Flandres) or line 1 (Rihour). Indigo Lille Grand Place parking is nearby, though public transport or sustainable alternatives are recommended.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
This event is for guests aged 8 and up; anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer by filling in a form and sending us the relevant supporting documents.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, Hôtel Carlton has a lift and all seating categories are accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final song, without flash; the performers will remind guests during the show. Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance.
What are the different ticket types?
There are five categories: Premium, A, B, C and D.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, if you all arrive together and hold tickets for the same category; we recommend arriving early so we can seat you together.
Can I bring animals?
Animals aren't allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles real, with a flame?
No, for everyone's safety the room is lit with flameless, electronic candles.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we can assign you your seat. The concert begins on time; latecomers may not be guaranteed entry to the hall.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?
Should weather affect your experience in any way (venue change, postponement), we'll let you know by email in advance.
