About the venueDothan Opera House
The Dothan Opera House, built in 1915 in Dothan, Alabama, is a landmark of Classical Revival and Italian Renaissance design. With its arched entrances, Ionic pilasters, and ornate detailing, the building reflects early 20th-century grandeur. Carefully preserved, it remains an enduring symbol of the city’s architectural and cultural heritage.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts: contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, except for Flexible Refund Tickets (available for selected events): these can be refunded in full if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, no documentation required. The ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred.
What ticket types are available?
Zone A and First Balcony (great visibility), and Zone B and Second Balcony (good visibility).
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; no entry once it has started.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating.
Is there a bar or refreshments available?
Yes, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available for purchase.
Is there parking available?
Yes, street parking is available nearby.
Is there a minimum age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is ADA Accessible.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can request 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying; then contact us for more information.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website (feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, and latecomers will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
