🛵 Adults born before January 1, 1988, can operate a jet ski with a valid driver's license, no Florida Boater License needed.
🔞 The person signing the contract must be at least 18, have a valid photo ID, and a valid credit card for incidentals.
📅 Those born on or after January 1, 1988, must pass a Florida Boaters Test to operate a jet ski, available upon arrival for $15.
🚫 Jet Ski/Waverunners are not allowed to enter the Gulf of Mexico.
👨‍👩‍👦 Jet Ski/Waverunners can accommodate up to 3 passengers.
⏰ Jet Ski/Waverunners must be returned to the rental location by 6pm, regardless of departure time.
💳 A damage deposit is required at check-in: either a USD25 non-refundable fee that covers up to USD500 in damages or a USD300 hold per ski on a valid credit card, released if no damage occurs.
👶 Passengers must be 8 years or older due to insurance policies.
