Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same details you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change your ticket's date up to 24 hours before the event. To do so, contact us with the ticket number linked to your purchase. You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if so, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear.
Can I get a refund on my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed, regardless of the reason. The "Flexible cancellation" add-on is available for purchase and offers a different policy: it lets you cancel your ticket if you request it at least 48 hours before the experience starts. A flexible ticket will not be refunded if it has been transferred to someone else.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone at no extra cost. Simply click "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app. Feel free to contact us if you need help, mentioning your order number.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts around 45 minutes.
What age range is this event designed for?
Candlelight Babies is designed for babies aged 0 to 36 months, accompanied by one adult per baby. A ticket includes entry for one adult and one baby. Any child over 3 years old needs their own ticket.
What are the different ticket types?
There's an Adult + Baby ticket (0 to 36 months), a ticket for an additional accompanying adult, a ticket for an accompanying child aged 3 to 11, and a Family Package for 2 adults and 1 baby.
What type of seating is there?
There are seats with chairs, as well as a movement zone with a padded floor (tatami mat) where parents can settle in with their baby.
Will food and drinks be available to purchase on site?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drinks available to purchase during this event.
Is parking available?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available on site, so we recommend not coming by car.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, an adjacent space will be available to park your stroller during the concert.
Do I need to wear anything specific in the movement zone?
For safety reasons, all adults must wear shoe covers in the movement zone. These will be provided on site.
Can I get a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free companion pass by emailing us proof of this need. Once we receive this document, we will send you a voucher you can use to purchase your free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.
Is the venue accessible?
The event takes place at a venue that is generally accessible to people with reduced mobility. That said, accessing the concert room may involve a few steps. We recommend contacting us in advance to check the access arrangements that suit your needs.
Can I take photos or videos?
Only during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What happens if the weather is too bad for the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles are electric and therefore not flammable.
