Please make sure to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts. By bus, lines 31 and 33 stop at Quai Pagnol, CNMSS, Reboul and Pelletan.

Can I sit with friends?

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you all arrive together and hold tickets for the same category. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.

Are the candles real candles with a flame?

For everyone's safety, the room will be lit with electronic candles, without a real flame.

What happens if the concert cannot take place due to bad weather?

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we will inform you by email in advance.
