Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Elm Park United Methodist Church features a historic Gothic Revival structure built in the late nineteenth century. Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's nothing to print, just show your ticket from your phone.
Can I change my ticket?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To make a change, contact us with the ticket ID associated with your purchase. You can also check your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if enabled, a "Change date and/or time" button will appear. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. If you selected the Flexible cancellation add-on, please refer to those FAQs instead.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Contact us if you need help, and include your ticket order number.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before it starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time, and latecomers won't be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food and beverages be available for purchase?
Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there will be parking available: limited spots in a parking lot, plus street parking in the surrounding area.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles used will be flameless.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the event is held in an ADA-compliant, accessible venue.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event's location, though service animals are always welcome.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets won't be sold on site; they can only be purchased through the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Contact us and we'll provide a voucher to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app, based on availability.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
