Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email. There's nothing to print, just show your ticket from your phone at the venue.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. In the Fever app, go to your ticket under "Tickets" and tap "Change date and/or time" if available. Alternatively, contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person at no cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, please contact us with your ticket reference number.

Are there tickets for caretakers?

Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for a free ticket for their caretaker. Contact us here with the relevant proof, and we'll provide you with a voucher for the free caretaker ticket. Please show both tickets together with the proof documents at entry.

How long does the experience last, and is it indoors or outdoors?

The experience lasts around 60 minutes and takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

What ticket types are available?

The theatre is divided into zones, First Row, A, B, C, D, Gallery 1 and Gallery 2, based on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, in order of arrival and according to the ticket type purchased.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is food or drink available on site?

Yes, food and drinks are available for purchase at this event.

Is parking available?

Can I bring animals?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue. Service animals are welcome.

Is the venue accessible?

The event takes place in an accessible venue. Unfortunately, the gallery seats are not wheelchair accessible.
