Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer tickets to another person for free. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app and provide your ticket order number.

How long does the show last?

60 minutes. No intermission is planned. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?

It's an indoor experience, at the Münchner Künstlerhaus.

Is food and drink available on site?

You can purchase food and drinks at this event.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are there tickets for carers?

Guests who need help during this experience can request a free ticket for their personal carer. Please contact us with proof of your need. Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue. Unfortunately, the gallery seats are not accessible.

According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece, without flash.

What different ticket types are available?

The theatre is divided into zones based on view quality: Front Row, A, B, C, D, Gallery 1 and Gallery 2.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts. The concert begins on time; if you arrive late, you may be denied entry out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.

What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from going ahead?

Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change/postponement), we will notify you in advance by email.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

No. Tickets are only available through the Fever app or website.
