Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play), signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No, refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event, subject to availability. See our T&Cs for more information.
What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones available for purchase, ranging from best possible visibility to fair visibility.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Where does the experience take place?
In the Main Hall of Durham Cathedral.
How do I get to the venue?
The main entrance to the Cathedral is on Palace Green, just off North Bailey.
Is there food or drink available?
No, there is no bar on-site.
Is there parking available?
The venue does not offer parking.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes. Please contact us in advance for any particular accessibility needs.
Can I book a companion ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker (each carer's ticket must be purchased alongside at least one full-price ticket). Contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket; accepted documents include middle/higher rate DLA, PIP award letters, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category).
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Can I use my phone or take photos during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
