Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, please contact us with the ticket ID from your confirmation email. Alternatively, check if the exchange option is available in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app; if so, tap “Exchange date and/or time” and follow the on-screen instructions. Please note that refunds are not available under any circumstances.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy: you can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. Simply tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need additional help, including your ticket order number.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view. Seats will be assigned at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the section you selected.
How long does the concert last, and when should I arrive?
The concert lasts around 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the start, and late arrivals will not be permitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Is the event indoor or outdoor?
The experience is held indoors with assigned seating, at Crooked Spire.
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Unfortunately, there will not be food or beverages for purchase at this event.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket; once we receive this, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket when entering the venue.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is being held in an accessible venue.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this event's location, though we do welcome service animals.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the security of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
This package provides a one-of-a-kind photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalized photo session in our specially designated area, and as a keepsake, you'll receive a single instant print in a charming Polaroid style. Your photo will be taken prior to the event, concluding 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early. Photos can also be purchased at the venue, provided we haven't sold out (card payments only); online purchases get priority over on-site ones. You can select your photo before it's printed and collect it at the exit; if you leave without collecting it, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
