What is Serial Killers Speakeasy and what can I expect?
Serial Killers Speakeasy is an immersive adults-only event lasting 75-80 minutes, combining live storytelling with themed cocktails in the dark, clandestine atmosphere of a speakeasy. This is an immersive theatrical experience featuring live actors, audience interaction and movement through a dimly lit space with obstacles and other attendees. Due to the interactive nature of the experience, you may come into contact with actors, other attendees or set elements. Any inappropriate, violent, hostile or harassing behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the experience.
How long does the experience last?
The experience will last approximately 75-80 minutes.
Can I buy drinks at the venue?
No, drinks cannot be purchased during the experience.
Are drinks included in the ticket price?
Yes, your ticket includes 4 themed cocktails.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
What language is the show in?
The experience will be in Spanish.
Are the seats numbered?
No, the seats are not numbered. They are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you purchased with your ticket.
Are mocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails) available, and can they be adapted for allergies or dietary restrictions?
Yes! Mocktails are available. During the experience, menus will be available to scan so you can check allergens and dietary restrictions. Please let our staff know when you arrive so they can accommodate your needs.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don't need to print anything; just show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or in your email when you arrive at the venue.
Are refunds available?
Refunds are not available. You can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of the original event, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.
Where can I buy tickets?
On the Fever app (available on Google Play and the Apple Store) or on the Fever website.
Can I make a booking for a group?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when you book. For private sessions or large groups, please see our group bookings page.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for further assistance and make sure to include your ticket order number.

You can find your ticket with its QR code in the Fever app, in the tickets section. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can do so from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used when you bought your tickets. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
