Starter to share, to choose between:

• Patacon with Shrimp Ceviche
• Seasonal Tomato with Tuna Belly
• Salad with Smoked Eel and Kimchi Mayonnaise
• Croquettes (Cecina de León or Squid)
• Fresh burrata with Vesuvio tomato, basil oil and pistachio pesto

Main course per person, to choose between: (paella min. 2 pax)

• Beach crayfish paella
• Duck and artichoke paella (dry or mellow)
• Baked sea bass with vegetables of the day
• Veal cheek in its own juice and chef's garnish 

Desserts to share, to choose from:

• Chocolate coulant
• Panna cotta

Beverage:

• One pitcher of beer or 1 bottle of wine for every 3 persons
