How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Tribute to Marc Anthony in Barcelona lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
All the candles you'll see are LED for safety reasons. They achieve the same magical and cozy effect as a real flame but without smoke, real fire, or heat emission.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Remember that the concerts often happen in historic venues where the temperature varies with the weather. We suggest keeping this in mind when choosing your outfit to enjoy the evening in the most comfortable way.
Will there be food and drink service at Church of the Sacred Heart?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
We ask that you try not to leave your seat while the concert is on, except for emergencies, to avoid breaking the atmosphere that is created in the venue.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone should remain silent during the show. You will be able to immortalize the moment with photos and videos without flash during the last song, once the musicians give the okay.
Can tickets be bought at the Church of the Sacred Heart box office?

How does seating assignment and zoning work?
The venue has several zones with prices adjusted to the distance and perspective from the stage. Upon arriving at Church of the Sacred Heart, you'll be seated according to the order of entry and the type of ticket you purchased.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course! You can sit together. Just make sure you all arrive at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend coming at least half an hour early to make it easier for the team to seat you together.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Marc Anthony be gifted?
Of course! The best way is to buy a Candlelight Gift Card so they can freely choose the date and tribute concert they want. If you already have tickets for a specific day, gift them directly through the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
Capture your night with this photo pack in a special Church of the Sacred Heart location. Our team will deliver an instant printed photo in Polaroid format for you to take home.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Church of the Sacred Heart?
You can get your photo at Church of the Sacred Heart using a card as long as there are free passes. We recommend booking it online when buying your ticket to secure your spot, as those bookings have priority over in-box-office sales.
When will I receive the photo?
Choose your favorite photo before it goes to print. Our team will prepare it during the concert for you to collect right when it ends. Don't forget to take it with you when you leave, as we can't keep it for another day!
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
With this pack, you'll get 3 high-quality LED candles that mimic the flicker of an authentic flame. They are completely safe for decorating your home without any risk.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Come pick up your online purchase during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is prepared exclusively for that date and venue, sales are final and no refunds are offered.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Marc Anthony in Barcelona?
You can find them in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) using the same account as the purchase, or in your purchase confirmation email along with your access QR code. There's no need to print your tickets as they are completely digital.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
It's easy and completely free to send your tickets to anyone you want. Just select the "Transfer tickets" option within your Fever app ticket. For any other inquiries or additional help, contact us with your ticket number included.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Arrive at least 30 minutes early for your photo. The photo sessions will end 10 minutes before the concert begins to ensure everything runs on time.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
You'll get directions to the photo area once you enter Church of the Sacred Heart. If you have any questions, any of our staff will be happy to help you.
Is there parking available at Church of the Sacred Heart?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
Are pets or animals allowed in Church of the Sacred Heart? What about service animals?
Due to venue policies, you won't be able to bring your pet to the concert. However, you can enter with a service dog or guide dog.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Of course, we want you to enjoy the concert comfortably, so your personal assistant gets in for free. Just contact us with the proper accreditation, and our team will handle the rest.
Is Church of the Sacred Heart accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
