Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print out your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance - contact us with your ticket ID to do so. A refund is not possible under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes prior to the start. Late arrivals will not be permitted, to respect the performers and other guests.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, there is access for people with disabilities. Please send a short email to hello@feverup.com so that we can prepare everything.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, guests must be at least 12 years old. Persons under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
Are there content warnings?
This experience includes themes and accounts relating to deaths resulting from traffic accidents, references to injuries and deaths, and accounts of grief and loss. The performance contains moments of intense emotional conflict.

Experience a gripping courtroom trial where a lot is at stake. In this interactive live theatre show, you take on the role of a juror and have the power to deliver the verdict. Examine all the evidence, from witness testimony to forensic data, and decide in the end: guilty or not guilty?
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts approximately 75 minutes.
Are strobe lights used on site?
No, no strobe lights are used.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available at the venue. All tickets must be purchased in advance through the app or www.feverup.com.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes, guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Please contact us for this as soon as you have bought a valid ticket.
Where does the experience take place? How do I get to the venue?
The experience takes place at Die Glocke (Domsheide 6-8, 28195 Bremen).
Does the venue have restrooms?
Yes, restrooms are available. Please ask the staff on site.
What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zones A, B, C and D.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. Arrive early so that we can seat you next to each other where possible.
Can I bring animals?
No, pets are not permitted under any circumstances. For service animals, please contact us directly in advance.
