Mexican History Museum 1

The Mexican History Museum in Monterrey is the most important historical exhibit in northern Mexico. It has more than 1,200 pieces that illustrate different aspects of life in Mexico from pre-Hispanic times to the 20th century. It also has a room for temporary exhibitions, a library-video library and an auditorium. Its building is of avant-garde architecture and has interactive consultation modules integrated to the tour.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the App Store or Google Play); remember to log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket date or get a refund?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts; contact us with your ticket number. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket number.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show; no entry once it has started.
Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?
It's an indoor venue with assigned seating by zone.
Is food or drink served?
The venue does not sell food or beverages.
Is there parking available?
The venue has paid parking (access via Diego de Montemayor street), and there are several nearby parking lots.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their personal assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us with supporting documentation.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the whole building is designed to be accessible for people in wheelchairs or using crutches.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Are the candles flammable?
No, for guests' safety all candles are flameless.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to take place?
If weather affects your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your zone. Late arrivals will not be admitted.
