Glowing animals welcome you on an unforgettable night time journey that includes giant illuminated snowflakes, a disco ball forest, a whimsical herd of animated elephants, and a twinkling tunnel filled with dynamic swirls of color! This year’s LA Zoo Lights event features a dazzling new area to explore, luminous new displays, and re-imagined favorites. Take a self-guided 60 to 90-minute stroll through a large area of the Zoo featuring creative animal-themed light displays – including 3D projections, lasers, and thousands upon thousands of LEDs. Enjoy new features for the 2018/19 season, such as an all-new area and re-imagined favorites such as the animated elephant herd, Santa’s outpost, and the dramatic water show - now with new music and laser projections!

• Free parking will be available
• Closed Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
• Kids under 2 do not need to purchase a ticket to enter
• photos with santa, reindeer, and carousel ride are all for purchase and not included with admission ticket
• There will be no animals on display during the evening hours other than Reindeer and the Reptile exhibit
