The Candlelight: The Innate Law in Toledo lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Out of respect for the musicians and the other audience members, we ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency. We want everyone to enjoy the show without interruptions.

Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?

For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.

Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Answer

Keep your device on silent during the event. You can only capture photos and videos (always without flash) in the final piece when the musicians signal you from the stage.

Of course! You have two options: buy a Candlelight Gift Card so the person can choose the concert and date they like best, or if you've already purchased a specific ticket, simply send it to them using the "Transfer Tickets" function in our app.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Answer

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. If there are still places available, you can buy your Candlelight photo on the day of the concert at Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista using a card. Remember that priority is given to those who bought the add-on online when purchasing their tickets.

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the show if you want a photo. The photo area will stop operating 10 minutes before the show starts.

When will I receive the photo?

Answer

Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.

Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?

Answer

The pickup of your online purchases is handled directly at the venue on the day of the show. Returns and refunds of the "Pack of 3 candles" are not accepted as it is strictly associated with the date and location of the concert.

Are pets or animals allowed in Hotel Eurostars Palacio Buenavista? What about service animals?

Remember that pets are not allowed in this concert. The only exception is guide dogs or assistance dogs, which are allowed.
