No refunds are allowed. Exchanges of date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the session.

Tickets are available on the Fever app (Google Play and Apple Store) as well as on the Fever website.

Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page. For private sessions or large groups, write to ssi_global@feverup.com.
Can I buy a ticket on the spot?
Tickets are not sold on the spot. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before your arrival.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets for free to anyone. Just click "Transfer tickets" from your ticket in the Fever app.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your ticket with a QR code in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. Make sure to log in with the same account you used to make the purchase.

Plus-ones are welcome with free entry upon presentation of the appropriate proof at the entrance.
