Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, refer to our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation needed) — note it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us indicating your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show. No entry once it starts.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food or drink available?
Beverages and light refreshments will be available for purchase prior to the concert.
Is there parking available?
There are various parking structures in and around the hotel.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, this venue is ADA accessible.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the show.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Are the candles real?
For everyone's safety, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your zone. The concert begins on time; latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they're tied to the specific date and location, all Candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. You must hold a valid ticket before applying — contact us for more information.
