What are the different types of tickets available?

When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts; seats will be assigned based on the zone purchased and your arrival time. The concert will start on time and the audience will need to be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed into the show.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive together at the event. We recommend arriving early and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the show?
Phones must be on silent mode throughout the entire performance.
Can I leave the concert hall during the show?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, it won't be possible to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app (available on Google Play or Apple Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will be using the ticket. Please contact us with any queries or questions, making sure to mention the ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts. If so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our T&Cs.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion/carer. In this case, please contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we will provide you with a code to purchase a free ticket for your companion. Please note that you will need to show the documents, along with the tickets, to gain access to the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play or Apple Store). Remember to log in with the same Fever profile used to purchase the ticket. You will also find a PDF with a barcode in the purchase confirmation email, which you can use to access the event.
What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will let you know in advance by email at the address associated with your Fever profile. Remember to check your spam folder.
