The show takes place at Sektor 11 (Siewerdtstrasse 71, 8050 Zürich, Switzerland).
How can I get there?
Sektor 11 is located in Zürich-Oerlikon, only about a 7-minute walk from Zürich Oerlikon station. Zürich Oerlikon station S-Bahn: S2, S6, S8, S14, S19, S24 (among others) Tram: 10, 11, 14
When should I arrive?
Admission is possible 45 minutes before the show starts. The venue opens its doors 1 hour before the start of the performance.
Is there parking available on site?
Yes. There are several parking options in the immediate vicinity: The Messe car park is available nearby Pls-zh In addition, the Nordhaus car park (Siewerdtstrasse 8) is only a few minutes' walk away
Will food and beverages be available on site for purchase?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased at the bar before the show. However, food is not offered.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Guests are not allowed to record or take photos of the experience. If this rule is not followed, or if any photos or videos taken are not deleted when requested, guests may be asked to leave.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you are accompanied by a service animal, please contact us stating your ticket order number (ticket ID) and enter "Bringing a service animal" as the subject.

Will restrooms be available on-site?
Yes, toilets are available. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff on site.

What different ticket types are there?
All tickets are for general admission (free seating). Come early to secure the best seats.
Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Yes, guests who require assistance throughout the experience can apply for a free ticket for their carer. Please purchase your own ticket first and then contact us stating your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject "Free ticket for carers".
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free. To do so, click on "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print out your ticket. It will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you have not installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Can I still get into the show after it has started?
Admission after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests present, we ask that you arrive on time.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes of the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience.
