The show lasts approximately 75-80 minutes.
Where does the experience take place?
The show takes place at Sektor 11 (Siewerdtstrasse 71, 8050 Zurich, Switzerland).
How do I get to the venue?
Sektor 11 is located in Zurich-Oerlikon, only about a 7-minute walk from Zurich Oerlikon station. Zurich Oerlikon station is served by the S-Bahn (S2, S6, S8, S14, S19, S24, among others) and trams 10, 11 and 14.
When should I arrive?
Entry is possible from 30 minutes before the show starts.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes. There are several parking options close by: the Messe car park is nearby; the Nordhaus car park (Siewerdtstrasse 8) is also just a few minutes' walk away.
Am I allowed to take photos or film?
Guests are not permitted to make recordings or take photos of the experience. If this rule is not followed, or if recorded photos or videos are not deleted when requested, guests may be asked to leave the event.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If a service animal accompanies you, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject "Bringing a service animal".
Does the venue have accessible access?

Yes, toilets are available. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask our staff on site.
Will strobe lights be used at the venue?
No, no strobe lights are used in this show.
What are the different ticket types?
All tickets are for general admission (free seating within the selected ticket zone). Come early to secure the best seats.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com) before visiting the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Yes, guests who need support throughout the experience can apply for a free ticket for their carer. Please purchase your own ticket first, then contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject "Free carer ticket".
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free. To do so, tap "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your ticket is validated contactlessly in the Fever app, so printing is not necessary.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with its QR code in the Fever app under "Tickets". If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the account you used to buy the ticket. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Yes, all guests must be at least 18 years old. A valid ID is required.
Can I enter the show after it has started?
Entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, please arrive on time.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket order number (ticket ID) if you have further questions. Unfortunately, refunds are not possible, unless you purchased Flexible Cancellation.
