What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring soul to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need additional help, contact us. Remember to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. To do so, contact us and provide the ID of the ticket you purchased. This is the unique code you received when buying the ticket, found in your confirmation email or in the Fever app. You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If so, you will see the "Change date and/or time" button – simply click it and follow the on-screen instructions to make the change. Please note: refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our Terms.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our Terms. You can purchase a flexible cancellation add-on, which is subject to different rules.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, will I get a refund then?
You can cancel a ticket with the flexible cancellation option if you request it up to 48 hours before the event starts. Just contact us. Please note: a refund will not be possible if the ticket has been transferred to another user.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be checked in the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
What are the different ticket types?
There is one ticket type: Zone A. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you next to each other.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can tickets be purchased on-site?
Tickets will not be sold on-site. They can only be purchased in the Fever app and on the Fever website.
What time should I arrive?
Doors will open 45 minutes before the event and close 5 minutes before it starts. To preserve the atmosphere and focus in the hall, entry after the event has started is not possible.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests requiring assistance during this experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/carer. Contact us to provide proof that you need a carer ticket. Once we receive this confirmation, we will give you a voucher that you can redeem in the Fever app for a free carer ticket (subject to availability). Please remember that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at the entrance.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on-site?
Drinks will be available for purchase on-site, but food will not be available.
Can I leave the hall during the concert?
We care about everyone's comfort, so we ask that you do not leave your seat during the performance unless something urgent happens.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, please silence your phone completely before the event starts. Taking photos and recording videos is only allowed during the final song and without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Does the concert take place indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors.
Can I smoke or use e-cigarettes during the concert?
No, smoking cigarettes and using e-cigarettes is prohibited at the event venue.
What happens if the event cannot take place due to weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect the event in any way (causing a change of location or date), we will inform you in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at the event venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
The venue is adapted to the needs of wheelchair users.
Is parking available?
There is no parking available at this venue, so we advise against coming by car.
