Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — just log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience's start time — just contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; for more information, see our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the show last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before it starts, and no entry is permitted once it has begun.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is there food served?
Drinks are available for purchase at the bar; no outside food or drinks are allowed in the venue.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available, and street parking is also an option for those driving.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue has disability access.
Can I take photos, videos or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What are the different ticket types?
Four ticket types are available: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (good visibility at 6-seat tables — note that unless your party has 6 people, you may need to share a table with other guests).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets aren't sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), contact us for more information.
Where does the experience take place?
The Starlight Room, Resorts Casino Hotel (1133 Boardwalk, Atlantic City, NJ 08401).
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you all arrive together and hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time so we can do our best to seat you together.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated — arriving late means you won't be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
