Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. Please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances; for more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
The Flexible Refund Ticket allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. No documentation is needed to claim your refund. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable once it is transferred to another user.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes, with doors opening 60 minutes before the start.
Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is food or drink served?
No food or drink is available at the venue.
Is parking available?
Parking is available nearby. The closest options are The Elser Hotel Garage (on-site valet at 398 NE 5th St) and the 233 NE 5th Pl parking lot, both within easy walking distance. Bayside Marketplace Garage and Bayfront Garage are also a few minutes' walk away. Several garages near Miami Worldcenter can be booked in advance via SpotHero or ParkWhiz. The Metromover College North Station is one block from the venue for those who'd rather not drive.
Is there a minimum age for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for 1 free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket, please contact us for more information.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

What is "Snapshot by Candlelight"?
Snapshot by Candlelight is an optional paid photo experience. You'll have your photo taken in a specially designated area and receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. It can be purchased online in advance or at the venue, subject to availability, and the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts.
Do I have to wear a mask?
We encourage all attendees to wear a mask, however this is not a requirement. This policy is subject to change.
