Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signed in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

What different ticket types are there?

The venue is divided into zones A, B, C and D, based on view quality.

Can I sit with friends?

Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time for the concert.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

The minimum age is 8 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How long does the experience last and when do doors open?

The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start; please arrive at least 40 minutes beforehand to get your seat. Once the concert starts, the doors close and latecomers cannot be let in.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Indoor, with assigned seating.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app.

Can I request a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Please contact us after purchasing your own valid ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying).

Is food or drink available?

No, it's not possible to buy food or drinks on site.

Animals are not allowed under any circumstances. If you need to bring an assistance animal, please contact us via our form.
