Is there a minimum age to attend this event?

This event is for guests aged 8 and older, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?

Westminster Hotel & Spa - Nice, 27 Promenade des Anglais, 06000 Nice. Located 10 minutes from Nice international airport and exit 50 of the A8 motorway, and 10 minutes from the train station.

When should I arrive?

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so we can seat you in your booked category. The concert starts on time; latecomers may not be able to enter, out of respect for the artists' performance and the rest of the audience.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your caretaker. Contact us with supporting documents once you've bought your ticket.

Will there be food or drinks available?

Yes, menus are available for purchase in addition to your ticket.

Are the candles real candles with a flame?

For everyone's safety, the room will be lit with electronic candles, without a real flame.

Can I use my phone, take photos, or film during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as the artists will remind you.

Can I bring an animal?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
