Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) — log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, the Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts — no documentation required. Note that it becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
What different ticket types are available?
Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility), Zone D (fair visibility) and Obstructed (limited visibility). Seating within each zone is assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free pass for their caretaker. Once you have purchased your own ticket, contact us with your details and we'll guide you on the next steps.
How long does the experience last?
60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show; no entry once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
Indoor, with assigned seating.

No, there is no food or beverage service at the venue.
Is parking available?
Yes, there are several parking lots near the venue as well as street parking.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is ADA accessible. ADA seating is located in Zone B.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As they are tied to the specific event date and location, all Candle 3-Pack add-ons picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable — all sales are final.
