Doors open before the concert and close shortly before it starts. Late entry is not permitted, so we recommend arriving early.

Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket or get a refund?
Date changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability — contact us with your ticket ID to make the change. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances unless you purchased a Flexible Cancellation add-on; check our Terms & Conditions for more details.
How long does the experience last?
The concert lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it starts.
Is this an indoor or outdoor venue?
This is an indoor venue with assigned seating within the zone you purchased.
Is food or drink available?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase for all guests.
How do I get to the venue, and is parking available?
The Howard Theatre doesn't offer its own parking or validation, but self-parking is available within 3 blocks and there is street parking nearby. We also encourage public transport, ride-sharing or other alternatives — the nearest metro station is Shaw-Howard University (Green/Yellow line).
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is ADA compliant and offers disability access.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
What are the different ticket types?
Premium (best visibility), General Admission (great visibility), and Balcony (shared booth and bar-top seating).
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to seat you together.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all attendees, every candle used is flameless.
Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their caretaker. Purchase your own ticket first, then contact us for more information.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The show starts on time, and latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving.
