    Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. They close 5 minutes before it starts. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated. To respect the musicians' performance and the experience of the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed to enter.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Does Zone A mean I will be seated in the first row?
No. Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone you purchased. Zone A, the first few rows of the venue, has the best visibility.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our terms and conditions.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is on Sheikh Zayed Road, near Financial Metro Station, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Is food served?
Snacks and drinks can be purchased. Food is not allowed inside the venue during the show, only drinks.
Can I bring animals?
No animals are allowed under any circumstances. If you plan to bring a service animal, please contact us beforehand.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available at the venue.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
Can I request a ticket for my companion or carer?
If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a ticket for your companion. Once you have your ticket, contact us and attach a document showing that you need assistance (for example, a disability certificate or a companion card).
