Absolutely amazing!!!! I would recommend!! I would probably go in further back to be honest, I was up front and if I went back I'd go into the further sections because it isn't a large theater so you're not missing anything, it lasted an hour and it was gorgeous!

What are the different ticket types?
Zone A and Balcony tickets have the best visibility, followed by Zone B, Zone C and Zone D.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket, and are refunds allowed?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are permitted up to 48 hours before your experience starts — contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The show lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.
Is the venue indoor or outdoor?
The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will there be food and drinks?
No food or drinks are served at the venue.
Is parking available?
The venue itself doesn't have parking spaces.
How do I get to the venue?
St Columb's Cathedral, 17 London St, Londonderry BT48 6RQ, is just a 2-minute walk from the Diamond.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Contact us here with proof of needing a carer ticket, and we'll provide a voucher code to purchase your free Carer ticket — you'll need to show this along with your ticket to enter, and the Carer ticket must be bought alongside at least one other full-price ticket. Accepted proof includes Middle or Higher rate DLA, a PIP receipt, evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category).
Does this venue have disability access?
The venue and its bathroom are wheelchair accessible, but the Balcony unfortunately is not.
Can I use my phone or take pictures during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode for the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your zone in time. The show begins on time, and out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers won't be admitted once it starts — and once seated, we ask you not to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles will be flameless.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
