The Freemason Lodge Zur Einigkeit No. 11 is a historic and exclusive lodge house in the Bahnhofsviertel of Frankfurt am Main. With a large antique festivity hall, a stage, and a concert grand piano, it provides the perfect setting for events. In addition to the festivity hall, there are other rooms such as a foyer, a small hall, and a playable bowling alley.

What are the different ticket types?
There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and D. All ticket types include a free welcome drink.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show your regular ticket together with the carer's ticket upon entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. If so, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please see our T&Cs.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket?
With the Flexible Refund ticket, you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Logenhaus zur Einigkeit (Kaiserstraße 37, 60329 Frankfurt am Main).
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: take the underground to “Willy-Brandt-Platz” (lines U1, U2, U3, U4, U5 and U8) or the train to Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof. By car: you'll find information on parking options in the parking question below.
Will there be food and drink available?
Every guest receives a welcome drink. Additional drinks can also be bought at the bar. Please note that bringing your own food and drink from outside is not allowed. Guests who bring their own food or drink regardless may be refused entry.
Can I bring animals?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at this venue, including service animals.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Parking is available at the Parkhaus am Theater car park (Untermainanlage, 60329 Frankfurt am Main).
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
This package offers a unique photo experience, exclusively for guests who book it. You can have your photo taken in a specially set-up area. As a keepsake, you'll receive a printed Polaroid-style instant photo per purchase.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue until they sell out. Guests who book the photo experience together with their concert tickets online will have priority over those purchasing on site. Please note that only card payments are accepted on site, cash is not accepted.
When will my photo be taken?
The photo session takes place before or after the concert. To make sure there's enough time for your photos, we prefer to take them after the concert.
When will I receive my photo?
You'll choose your photos on site for printing. Our team will then print them out for you to take away. Please don't forget to collect your photos, as we're unable to keep them. If you leave the venue without your photos, we won't be able to offer you a refund or rebook you for a photo experience.
Where exactly does the photo session take place at the venue?
Once you've entered the venue, our on-site staff will give you all the details about the location of the photo experience. Announcements will also remind guests of this special opportunity. If you have any further questions, just ask our on-site staff.
How can I prove that I've booked the photo experience?
You'll receive a QR code by email, separate from your ticket purchase confirmation. Show this QR code to the photographer at the venue so it can be validated before your photo session begins.
Can I get a refund for the photo experience?
A refund is only possible if the photo experience has to be cancelled for reasons within our responsibility. In this case, you'll be refunded for your photo experience booking.
Can I still be let in after the concert has started?
No. Late entry after the concert has started is not possible. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts.
Is there an interval?
No, there's no interval. The concert lasts 60 minutes.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Tickets are fully digital, so there is no need to print anything.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
