Parking
Yes, parking is available, but please arrive early to avoid long waits. Coming by taxi is the best option for this venue. Samhan Parking is a two-minute walk from the entrance. Please note that valet parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

What are the different ticket types?
Premium (front row), Zone A (excellent view), Zone B (clear view) and Zone C (good view).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the other guests, late arrivals will not be admitted.
Is there an age requirement?
All attendees must be 8 years old or over. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Make sure you sign in with the same method you used to buy. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account for free: just tap “Transfer ticket” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us with your ticket number.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time at least 48 hours before the experience. To do so, contact us with your ticket number. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our terms and conditions.

Snacks and drinks can be bought outside the venue, but no food may be brought inside during the show. Only drinks are allowed.

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
Can I request a ticket for my companion or carer?
If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a ticket for your companion. Once you have your ticket, contact us and attach a document showing that you need assistance (for example, a disability certificate or a companion card).
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
