What are the different ticket types?
Premium (front row), Zone A (great view), Zone B (excellent view), Zone C (good view).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the event venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or the website www.feverup.com before arriving at the event.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your purchased zone. The concert will start on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the experience of other attendees, you will not be allowed to enter.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
All attendees must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play). Make sure to log in using the same method you used to complete your purchase. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you attend together and all have tickets in the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to accommodate your wishes.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to another Fever account for free. All you need to do is tap "Transfer Ticket" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further assistance, please get in touch with us and provide your ticket number.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changing the date and/or time is allowed at least 48 hours before the experience. In this case, please get in touch with us and provide your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our terms and conditions.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
Can I request a ticket for my companion or carer?
If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a ticket for your companion. Once you have your ticket, contact us and attach a document showing that you need assistance (for example, a disability certificate or a companion card).
