What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
How can I buy group tickets?
To book a private concert, fill in the group bookings form in Links of interest. To buy tickets for a large group (40+ people) for a concert that is already on sale, fill in the same form and say in the Message section that you wish to buy a large number of tickets for one of the concerts already on sale.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To request one, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Where is the experience taking place?
At the Emirates Palace Gazebo, outdoors.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is at Emirates Palace, West Corniche Road, Al Ras Al Akhdar, Abu Dhabi.
Is there food served?
Food can be purchased but is not allowed during the concert. Only drinks are allowed.
Can I bring animals?
No animals are allowed under any circumstances. If you plan to bring a service animal, please contact us.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available. Please come early to avoid long wait times.
Is there an offer for ticket holders at the hotel's restaurants?
Yes. Candlelight ticket holders can enjoy 20% off à la carte menus at Emirates Palace Mandarin Oriental's dining venues Broadway, Martabaan, Talea and Lebanese Terrace. The offer is available on the day of the event, either before or after the concert.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
Can I request a ticket for my companion or carer?
If you need assistance during the concert, you can request a ticket for your companion. Once you have your ticket, contact us and attach a document showing that you need assistance (for example, a disability certificate or a companion card).
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
