Taiwan: A World of Orchids Exhibition at Queens Botanical Garden

⭐ Taiwan: A World of Orchids returns to Queens Botanical Garden for a thirteenth year — this time with a new, immersive installation and rare orchid species from the Taiwan Orchid Growers Association. 

Highlights
🌼 Explore immersive and vibrant displays featuring hundreds of orchids, curated by the Taiwan Orchid Growers Association, including a variety of rare and exotic species imported from Taiwan specifically for this exhibit.
🎨 Participate in cultural workshops on ikebana, jelly flower art, tea ceremonies and more. 
🍴 Enjoy food and drinks from local Taiwanese vendors and live music in a beautiful garden setting.
🥢 See installations by five fine artists: Muchen Wang, Isaac Yu, Yuqi Liu, Yasunari Onodera, and Non Charoenwattananon.
🛍️ Don’t miss the orchid sale on Sunday, August 23, from 5 to 6:30 pm - all orchids from the exhibits will be for sale, including 350 rare and exotic orchids!

Description
The Queens Botanical Garden Orchid Show is back and bigger than ever, with help from the Taiwan Orchid Growers Association: the team behind the renowned Taiwan International Orchid Show. The show will feature immersive installations with hundreds of different orchids, including several very rare varieties imported from Taiwan, alongside intricate installations by three Taiwanese American visual artists.  
Guests will also have the chance to participate in hands-on cultural programming, including workshops on Ikebana, jelly flower art, dough figurine art, and orchid care, plus traditional tea ceremonies and a Chinese diabolo demonstration.
Access to all the entire grounds and botanical collections is included with admission.
