Schedule:

• You will start your day with a beautiful train ride on Metro North from Grand Central alongside the Hudson. Along the way, you will be treated to spectacular views of the Hudson Valley. You may also drive or meet the group there if you live north of the city.
• Your guide will meet you at The Poughkeepsie train station at 11:40am then bring you to The Egg, the graduate student-run restaurant at The Culinary Institute of America for lunch. The Egg meals are pay as you go and run anywhere from $8-$14 depending on what you order.
• After lunch you will head to 3-4 local wineries for tastings
• We will also have a chance to stop at a local farm stand for those who would like to bring home some fresh fruits and veggies
• Estimated return time to Poughkeepsie train will be 5:50pm
