Can I change my ticket or request a refund?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the experience; please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account free of charge. Just tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

How long does the experience last, and when do doors open?

The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 60 minutes before the start time; latecomers may be denied entry.

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request one free ticket for their personal carer. After purchasing your own ticket, please email us with documentation proving your disability.
