Where can I find my ticket? Do I need to print it?
You don't need to print anything - your ticket is fully digital. You'll find it in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) once you log in with the same method you used to purchase. You'll also get your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID to request the change.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, check our Terms & Conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For help, contact us with your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time, and latecomers may be denied entry.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Can I get a ticket for my carer or support worker?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to one free ticket for their personal assistant/support worker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying. After purchasing, email us proof of disability - accepted documents include a mid/higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility, proof of Personal Independence Payment (PIP), evidence of severe sight impairment, or a CredAbility Access Card (+1 category requirement).

There's a Premium zone (front row), Zone A (good visibility), Zone B (good visibility) and Zone C (limited visibility).

The concert takes place in the Romanesque Hall of the Museum of Fine Arts, Dózsa György út 41, 1146 Budapest, Hungary. It's reachable by tram (Hősök tere M stop) or by train/metro (Hősök tere station).

Yes, as long as you arrive together and all hold tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can accommodate you.
