Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Get in touch with us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Changes to other dates and/or times are allowed up to 48 hours before the event.

What different ticket types are available?

Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (good visibility). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within the zone you purchased.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

How do I get to the venue?

Both Chicago Transit Authority buses and trains, and Metra's commuter rail lines stop conveniently near the Art Institute. Parking is limited in the area but can be reserved in advance at millenniumgarages.com/rates.

Is parking available?

Yes, paid parking is available at the Millennium Garages, subject to availability.

Is food or drink available?

Unfortunately, there won't be food or beverages for purchase at this event.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the restrooms and elevators are wheelchair accessible, but wheelchair-accessible seating is only available in Zone C.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed except for service animals.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; they must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to someone else for free. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need help, quoting your ticket order number.

Can I get a ticket for a companion or caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for 1 free companion pass. Once you've purchased your own ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please contact us for more information.

When should I arrive?

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your purchased zone. The concert will start on time and the audience must already be seated; latecomers cannot be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience.

Can I take photos or use my phone during the performance?

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
