Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

What ticket types are available?

There are four ticket types available: zone A, zone B, zone C and zone D, plus specific tickets for guests with reduced mobility (PMR).

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

What is the flexible refund ticket?

It's an optional ticket that lets you request a full refund if you end up unable to attend. You can return it by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required. Note that it stops being refundable if you transfer it to someone else.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the app. If you need help, contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the concert last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 40 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

It's an indoor experience, with assigned seating within the zone you purchased.

Is food or drink served?

No, food cannot be consumed inside the hall.

Is parking available?

No, this venue doesn't have its own parking.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue accessible for guests with reduced mobility?

Yes, the venue is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. If PMR tickets are sold out, you can also buy a ticket in Lateral 1 or Lateral 2, which are equally accessible zones.

Can I take photos or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes, as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we'll do our best to seat you together.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

When should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will start on time and, out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, latecomers won't be allowed in once it has begun.

Are the candles a fire hazard?

No, for guests' safety all candles used are flameless.

What happens if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place?

If weather affects your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we'll notify you by email in advance.
