Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Sign in with the same method you used to make your purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID to arrange this. Refunds are not available under any circumstances.
When can I return my ticket?
If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, you can return it and get a full refund by contacting us up to 48 hours before the event starts. Please note the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
What different ticket types are available?
Seats are split into zones: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (very good visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (average visibility). Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the ticket type you purchased.
How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?
The experience lasts around 60 minutes. We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before it starts to be seated in your zone. The concert begins on time, and all guests should already be seated by then.
Is the event held indoors?
Yes, the experience takes place indoors with assigned seating, at the Palácio Estoril Hotel, Golf & Wellness.
Will food be available for sale on site?
No, food will not be available for sale on site.
Is there parking available?
Yes, the hotel has paid parking available.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request one free ticket for their personal assistant/carer. Once you've purchased your ticket, please contact us with the relevant supporting documentation.
Is this venue wheelchair accessible?

Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Are the candles flammable?
No, for the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless (LED).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
