Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play) - sign in with the same method you used to purchase it. You'll also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the event starts. In that case, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances - see our T&Cs for more information.
Can I transfer my ticket(s) to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For any further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the concert last?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the doors have closed.
Is the concert indoor or outdoor?
The concert takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Will food be sold on-site?
No.
Is parking available?
Yes, Hotel Palácio Estoril has paid parking available.
Is there an age requirement to attend the event?
To attend the concert, all guests must be at least 6 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What are the different ticket types available?
Seats are split into zones: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (very good visibility), Zone C (good visibility) and Zone D (average visibility). Seats are assigned on arrival, on a first-come, first-served basis according to the ticket type you bought; each zone spans more than one row of seats.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought via the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request one free ticket for their personal assistant/carer. Once you've bought your ticket, please contact us with the relevant supporting documents.
What is the Flexible Refund ticket and how do I request a refund?
The Flexible Refund ticket lets you request a full refund if you're unable to attend the event. You can return it and get a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the event starts; if the ticket is transferred to another user, it's no longer refundable. No documents are required - just contact us here to request your refund.
Where is the event and how do I get there?
The event takes place at Hotel Palácio Estoril (Rua Particular, 2769-504 Estoril). Check Google Maps for the best route to the venue.
How early should I arrive?
You should arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your ticket's zone. The concert starts on time, and if you arrive late you won't be able to enter the room, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
