Do I need to print out my ticket?
You do not need to print out your ticket, which will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
You can change the date up to 24 hours before the event by contacting us with your ticket number. Refunds are not allowed, except with the paid "Flexible Cancellation" add-on (up to 48 hours before, non-refundable if the ticket is transferred).
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no additional cost. Just click "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us stating your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the start and close 5 minutes before. Latecomers are not admitted, out of respect for the artists and the audience.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event takes place at a venue accessible to people with reduced mobility, with free parking available.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
From age 12. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
Are there content warnings?
This show deals with grief and physical trauma linked to a fatal road accident. Some scenes carry a strong emotional charge.
Does this experience contain sensitive content?
Yes, our experiences may address themes such as crime, violence, grief or emotional manipulation, with moments of intense conflict.

Can I buy tickets on site?
No, only via the Fever app or website.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
People who need assistance can request a free companion pass by sending us proof. Both tickets must be presented at the entrance.
Is it possible to buy food and drinks on site?
Check your ticket to see whether food is included; gluten-free and vegan options can be requested, see your confirmation email.
What are the different seating areas?
The room is divided into different areas according to visibility. Our team will seat you on arrival, in order of arrival, according to the category you chose.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. Arrive early and we will do our best to seat you together.
Can I leave the room during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists and the audience, only in case of emergency.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent mode. Photos and videos only during the curtain call, without flash.
How can I vote?
Scan the QR code displayed on site with your smartphone to go directly to the voting page. If you have any difficulty, ask a member of staff.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If the weather affects your experience (change of venue / postponement), we will inform you in advance by email.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, but assistance animals are welcome.
