Why this event is for you
For every person that has asked but what do vegans eat?, this cooking class is for you! Each plant-based cooking class starts with an overview of the health benefits of vegan & raw food. These classes are presented in a lively and fun demonstration format. Many students have questions about preparing raw & vegan food, so the classes are taught in a style to guide, inform and inspire while affording the time to reveal a minimum of three simple recipes every time. What’s more, the cooking classes are gluten-free and soy-free. Your instructor, Ron Russell, chef and co-owner of Sun Cafe will be more than happy to answer your questions in a Q&A at the end of the class
