Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. No need to print anything.
Can I change or cancel my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start of your experience — contact us quoting your ticket ID. Standard tickets are non-refundable. If you purchased a Flexible Refund Ticket, you can request a full refund (minus the 10% fee for the flexible option) up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documentation required — just get in touch with us. Note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if transferred to another user.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For further help, contact us quoting your ticket ID.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show; no entry is permitted after the scheduled start time.
Is the venue indoors or outdoors?
The event takes place indoors, with assigned seating.
Is there food served?
There is a concession stand on site.
Is there parking available?
Yes, private parking subject to availability.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant/caretaker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, in Zone A. Zone B is located on the second floor, accessible only by stairs.
Can I take photos or record videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken at appropriate moments, with the main stage dimly lit and without flash, as indicated by our musicians. Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the performance.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the show starts to choose a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience should already be seated — latecomers will not be admitted.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), you'll be notified by email in advance.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are LED.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early so we can best accommodate you.
